At EPIC we work tirelessly, year-round, to ensure that your child will have a great experience at one of our camps or leagues. We are committed to quality programming at an affordable rate for every family.
We understand that there will be times where you will need to cancel a registration. Here is our revised refund policy, including our policy regarding any government imposed lockdown.
If a program has not been cancelled due to a government imposed lockdown or similar event:
We will honour refund requests for the program for which the participant has been registered up until 60 days before the start of the program. All refunds will be subject to a $50 administration fee per player/camper per program/week (e.g. 1 camper registered in 2 summer camps, the fee would be $100.00).
No refunds will be provided after the deadline, except for:
- A full refund will be granted, if a participant is injured before the start of the program and is unable to participate. A doctor’s note will be required.
- In special circumstances, at the discretion of the Coordinator of Logistics and Operations.
If camp/league is cancelled because of a government imposed lockdown:
In the event that a program is cancelled because of a government-imposed lockdown or similar event out of our control, a full account credit will be issued to your account to be used towards any future EPIC programming. In receiving an account credit, we will ensure that the account credit given will cover the full cost of any similar programming within the next calendar year.
